Dear Colleagues,
We are happy to extend the deadline for chapters for the edited collection Teaching and Generative AI: Pedagogical Possibilities and Productive Tensions. This open-access collection seeks to provide teachers with guidance and resources for navigating the possibilities and challenges of teaching in an AI era. The book will be published by Utah State University; Dr. Travis Thurston, Director of Teaching Excellence at USU, and I are co-editors. Pedagogical and/or initial research chapters ranging from 1000-5000 words are now due by September 8th. The full call (which will be updated soon to reflect the extended deadline) can be found at this link: https://www.usu.edu/empowerteaching/publications/books/teaching-ai/index.
If you have questions or if we can be of any help as you develop your chapter, please don’t hesitate to contact either me or Travis.
Thanks,
Beth
