The ideal candidate would be able to provide instruction on technical communication practices and situate those practices within contemporary technical communication scholarship.
The position has a 2:2 teaching load, primarily serving graduate students in the Master of Science in Technical Communication program, doctoral students in the Communication, Rhetoric, and Digital Media PhD program, and undergraduates in the Rhetoric and Professional Writing concentration of the English major. The successful candidate would be expected to contribute to the teaching and advising missions of each program.
