Greetings, CPTSC Colleagues,
For those of you who knew Dr. Halcyon Lawrence, I hope you are able to attend her Celebration of Gratitude today. She was a wonderful human and scholar.
As conference co-chair, I want to invite you to submit a proposal to IEEE ProComm 2024. We will converge in Pittsburgh, PA on Carnegie Mellon’s campus from July 14-17, 2024. Unfortunately this year, we’re unable to offer a hybrid conference. Join us to share your work, research, and best practices for technical, engineering, business, science, and professional communication. In particular, we’re trying to involve practitioners and engineers, so please consider sharing this call with your colleagues outside of academia.
Every presentation is included in our proceedings, including the option to submit a brief or full paper. Our proceedings are indexed, which offers a good publishing opportunity, especially for graduate students and early career academics. I’ll say for myself that ProComm has allowed me to develop projects with colleagues and meet collaborators.
