The National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) and National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) are pleased to announce registration is now open for the first Joint Conference for Elementary Literacy and Mathematics, June 17–19 in New Orleans.
Elementary teachers are critical in supporting students’ language and mathematics development during these formative years of education. With the demand for actionable resources at a premium, this Joint Conference aims to fulfill this important need and spotlight the connection of mathematics, language, and culture in elementary education.
