I am launching a study on experiences and thoughts of those who teach first-year writing to learn how they design and structure their course to support non-native English-speaking (NNES) Chinese international students.
I would like to understand their experiences, course design (learning outcomes, progression of topics, reading materials, & assignments), and pedagogical approaches.
