I hope this email finds you well. My name is Mandi Goodsett, and I am a librarian and researcher at Cleveland State University. I am reaching out to invite members of the First Year Writing / Composition instructor community to participate in a research study titled "Exploring Faculty Agency in Open Education."
The purpose of this study is to learn from educators about their experiences and perspectives regarding open educational practices (OEP), particularly within the context of faculty agency. We’re interested in hearing about how faculty agency and identity impacts the way you use OER in your teaching, navigate institutional contexts, and engage with broader societal influences.
If you choose to participate, you will be asked to take part in a one-on-one interview lasting approximately 60 minutes.
