Hello Writing Studies colleagues!
Do you teach in a state that has passed legislation aimed at undermining Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in public universities, and feel these laws have impacted or will impact your teaching? I am launching a survey to learn more about how Writing Studies faculty are navigating DEI bans in the classroom. You are asked to participate only if you are over the age of 18, regularly teach any courses in the broad field of Writing Studies, and work at a public university in Alabama, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, North Carolina, North Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wyoming.
