After a one-year hiatus, the Writing Centers Association of Japan is in the planning stages of hosting our semi-annual symposium in February/March 2025. The organizing committee is currently securing a venue, but we would like to take this opportunity to see if any members would be interested in hosting the event on their campus. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to run an event, and it is fairly easy to manage due to the tools and support provided by WCAJ.

- Confirmation that the use of the venue is free (most important!).
- University name.
- Nearest train station.
- Possible dates to hold the symposium in February/March 2025.
