Rachel Herzl-Betz and I (Ellen Cecil-Lemkin) are writing to invite you to participate in a research study titled “Crip Collaboration: Exploring Collaborative Writing Among Disabled Scholars.” This study aims to understand the experiences and strategies of disabled scholars who engage in collaborative writing to navigate academic publishing expectations.
Who Can Participate: We are looking for disabled graduate students, academic staff, and faculty members who have engaged in collaborative writing outside of coursework and degree requirements.
How to Participate:
- Complete a short survey (less than 15 minutes)
- Volunteer to participate in an interview (approximately 30 minutes)
Confidentiality: Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary, and all information collected will be kept confidential. The data will be anonymized to protect your identity, unless you specify otherwise. Data will be shared between the researchers across institutions using a secure data storage method.
