On another list, there has been some discussion of making older textbooks available for class use in open-access and possibly OER formats. There has also been some discussion of creating new textbooks. I responded by suggesting a new series housed on the WAC Clearinghouse. If you are interested in being part of this effort (as a series editor or as an editorial board member/reviewer), please reach out to me directly at mike.palmquist. I’ll set up some initial discussions (first on email and then most likely on Zoom) about the project.
