Dear Writing Center Tutors and Consultants,
Are you interested in planning and hosting interactive discussions about writing center topics for the 2025-26 academic year? If so you should consider applying to be on the Tutor Talks Executive Committee. Tutor Talks is a tutor-focused forum (“for tutors, by tutors”) of virtual professional development sessions for writing center tutors. The aim of the sessions is to create an open discussion for tutors to support and learn from one another.
Join us for an info session on Friday March 28th at 12 p.m. CT. In the session we will share information on what being a member of the Tutor Talks Executive Committee involves and how to apply. Please note that writing tutors and consultants from all over (not just the SCWCA region!) are welcome to apply!

Note: this meeting will also be recorded, so if you cannot attend, we will send out the link so you can view the recording on your own time.
