A group of colleagues are conducting research to better understand the mentoring needs of female faculty members, with particular focus on community and communal mentoring approaches. Your participation will help inform strategies to support women in academia through collaborative mentoring networks and leadership development.
What’s involved: Completing this form indicates your interest in participating. They will contact you with additional details about the study, including interview scheduling and consent procedures within 1 week.
Who can participate: Female faculty members at any career stage and institution type.
Time commitment: 60-90 minutes
Confidentiality: All responses will be kept confidential and used solely for research purposes.
