Hello Colleagues,
The English department at Lehigh is accepting applications for its M.A. and Ph.D. programs and we’re trying to get the word out. Both our Ph.D. and M.A. programs are FULLY FUNDED and both share an emphasis on literature and social justice. Please send your students our way if any or all of these apply: 1) They’re interested in bringing together their passion for literature and their commitment to social justice; 2) They’re considering graduate school and want to try it out before committing to a Ph.D. (without going into debt!); 3) They have a project they want to pursue at the intersection of literary studies, public humanities, comp/rhet, digital humanities and/or community engagement; 4) They want to work with me and my colleagues in a tight-knit program where we’re committed to helping our students find fulfilling, humanities-related career paths both within and outside of the academy.
Interested students can attend a virtual (Zoom) open house on Tuesday 10/28, 12-1 (Register emw616) with questions, and please share widely!
