Neville is a PhD candidate in the Joint Graduate Program in Communication and Culture at York University and Toronto Metropolitan University in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Sarah Young is a Center for Quantum Networks fellow and author of, Working Through Surveillance in Technical Communication.
