Lauer Institutional Achievement Award in Rhetoric & Composition Doctoral Studies will get us started by describing their programs at The Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) Department of English, Linguistics, and Writing Studies (ELWS), theUniversity of Utah’s Department of Writing and Rhetoric Studies (WRS), and the Humanities at Work Initiative at UNC Greensboro.Read highlights about these programs here.
After the opening, you’ll get a chance to talk with colleagues from other institutions about graduate program innovations, challenges, and aspirational goals. This meeting is open to anyone in the field with interest in graduate student support, program administration, and curricula.
