Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX invites applicants for two instructor positions in Developmental Writing.
Instructor, English Developmental Writing (2 positions available)
Both are renewable contracts with opportunities for advancement. The successful applicants will join the faculty of the English, Humanities, and Philosophy department and teach corequisite writing courses, and they will be instrumental in reshaping the coreq curriculum at MSU Texas (with my support as an experienced coreq instructor!). Both are full-time 9-month service periods and have expected start dates of August 2026. Midwestern State University, public regional comprehensive university with over 5,000 students, is a proud member of the Texas Tech University System. MSU Texas is centrally located between Dallas and Oklahoma City in Wichita Falls (population 103,000).
