The 2023 CPTSC Distinguished Service Selection Committee (DSSC) invites members to forward names of persons whom they deem worthy of CPTSC’s Distinguished Service Award (DSA) for service to the organization.
DSA nominees need to be current members of CPTSC to be eligible for the award. Sitting officers/currently serving, voting members of the CPTSC executive committee are not eligible for the DSA while they serve.

The Distinguished Service Award is the highest honor for members of CPTSC and is meant to recognize someone who has distinguished themselves and the organization through their service.
To submit a nomination, please e-mail it to DSSC Chair Dr. Teena Carnegie at tcarnegie by June 30, 2023. The initial nomination need not be lengthy and need only include the person’s name and a simple statement/rationale for their nomination.
