Gentle reminder about the TYCA Community College Teaching Seminar. The application deadline is this Friday, Sep. 20.
The purpose of the seminar is to help a cohort of two-year college faculty to explore strategies for teaching in open-access contexts. Jessica Nastal, Erin Lehman, and other guest lecturers will facilitate this teaching-focused seminar over several virtual sessions (October to May). Topics will include equitable feedback practices, online teaching, and applying professional development to your future career.
The seminar is free for participants during the 2024 to 2025 academic year. In future years, there will likely be a fee to participate.
