The University of South Florida in Tampa is hiring to fill two openings for tenure-track Assistant Professors in Rhetoric and Composition to start August 7, 2025. One position is focused on FYC and composition pedagogies while the other is focused on AI and writing technologies. Each job opening is for a nine-month, full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor. The successful candidate in each position will contribute to a growing graduate program in Rhetoric and Composition, to our undergraduate major and minor programs in Writing and Rhetoric and Professional and Technical Communication, and to writing initiatives at the university.
