This is a tenure eligible/tenured fiscal year, faculty position at the rank of Associate or Full Professor on the University of Idaho campus in beautiful Moscow, Idaho. The Director will join a vital, university-wide unit that was established in 2017 and is poised to continue advancing opportunities that innovate, grow impact, and enhance its offerings. CETL provides integrated support by developing faculty teaching skills and enhancing pedagogy, providing course and curriculum design and learning technology assistance for the full range of undergraduate and graduate courses from asynchronous to face-to-face, and participating in university wide initiatives that promote student success through faculty development and collaboration with the university’s assessment team. CETL’s focus is on faculty development, elevating its visibility within the university, and strengthening the integration of teaching and learning efforts in a systematic and cohesive way that leverages program assessment findings and aligns with the university’s mission and dedication to student success.
