I’m writing to announce an administrator/faculty hybrid position at our small liberal arts college, Hobart and William Smith (Geneva, NY).
The position is nestled in our independent Writing and Rhetoric Department (4.5 faculty members) and carries a (1-1 teaching load). The main responsibilities include coordinating and directing our well-established curriculum-based peer tutoring program (est. 1993) and collaborating with two department faculty members in recruiting, training, and mentoring Writing Colleagues (peer writing tutors) who are in course placements with faculty.
