Dear colleagues,
The Council for Programs in Technical and Scientific Communication Graduate Student Committee (CPTSC-GSC) is hoping to expand our mentorship initiatives within our community, and we need your help!
We’re seeking faculty members or professionals interested in mentoring graduate students, as well as graduate students looking for mentorship opportunities in the field of Technical and Professional Communication (TPC) and analogous fields and programs.
If you’re open to connecting to mentoring or being mentored–whether through conversation, professional advice, or just by working together–please let us know by filling out this quick interest form: https://forms.gle/kaheXbgZ5LFdt2fv5
As part of this initiative, we’re also inviting graduate students to join the CPTSC Graduate Student Community on Discord.
We are an online community where graduate students interested in tech comm can:
-
Build professional connections and friendships across the country,
-
Find accountability for projects and write together,
-
Share resources for conferences, fellowships, and the job market,
-
Explore collaborative presentation and publication opportunities,
-
Celebrate milestones and wins with a supportive community, and
