Survey: Study on tutor perceptions of leadership

Greetings!
We invite current and recent writing tutors and consultants to participate in a research study about how tutors perceive leadership and leadership development in writing centers.
The purpose of this study is to learn how tutors define leadership, what skills and traits they associate with leadership, and how writing center work provides opportunities for leadership growth.
If you are not yourself a writing tutor, we would appreciate it if you could pass this invitation on to tutors in your center or others in your network who are or work with tutors. I’ve attached Powerpoint and pdf versions of a poster advertising the study, and here’s informational text you can copy and paste to share with others:

We’re conducting a study on leadership development in writing centers, and we invite current or recent writing tutors/consultants (within the past 2 years) to share their perspective in a short anonymous survey.
The survey takes about 10-15 minutes, and your responses will help us better understand how tutors think about leadership and how writing center work contributes to leadership growth.
Learn more and take the survey here: aub.ie/LeadershipSurvey
Thanks so much for your consideration; we’re grateful to have tutor voices at the center of this project!
