Position Summary
The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is seeking a qualified candidate to teach as a non-tenure track, full-time Instructor of English. The start date is August 2026. This is a residential appointment, and campus presence is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
4/4 teaching load with assignments in Professional & Technical Communication, Report Writing, and Composition
Courses may be offered in-person, hybrid, or online, as assigned to meet student needs.
Contribute to the Writing Program in collaboration with the Writing Program Director and fellow faculty
Regular and predictable attendance required
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements
An M.A. with at least 18 hours in English is required. An M.A. in English is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background in and experience in teaching Professional & Technical Communication, Report Writing, and Composition in person and online.
