Due to the hiccup with listserv functionality in January, we recognize that not everyone was aware of the deadline to send in your proposals to present at the REAP Conference this coming summer. So let’s try this again! Ahem:
We are excited to welcome you to the inaugural Research in Editing and Publishing (REAP) Conference, held August 6-7, 2026, at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. The deadline is newly extended to February 6.
Please email me directly (bakerht).
With the abstract (attached as a Word doc or PDF), please include the following information in your email:
- Name of author(s)
- Institution
- Faculty/grad student/undergrad student
- Paper, panel, poster, or workshop
- Title of proposal
Additionally, we are making a special extension for students. Please let your students know that they have until February 28 to submit presentations or posters.
The full CFP can be found at https://reap.byu.edu/call-for-proposals/, but at this point, please ignore the January deadline and just email me your proposals.
Registration opens mid-February. See you there!
