This research study seeks to better understand the unique experiences of mothers who have participated in the Technical and Professional Communication (TPC) job market. It consists of an online survey and optional virtual, participant-lead interview.
To participate in this study:
§ You must either currently be searching for an academic TPC job or have searched for an academic TPC job in the past.
§ At the time of your search, you must have (or currently) identify as a mother (biological, adoptive, stepparent, foster, currently pregnant, etc.)
