Throughout this March, Women’s History Month, the CFSHRC will launch a series of Giving Days to generate funds for the CFSHRC programming that supports, amplifies, and mentors fellow feminist scholars:
- Nan Johnson Travel Award
- Shirley Wilson Logan Diversity Award
- Presidents Dissertation Award
- Nancy A. Myers Feminist Research Award
- Winifred Bryan Horner Outstanding Book Award
- Kathleen Ethel Welch Outstanding Article Award
- Cheryl Glenn Advancing the Agenda Webinars
- The Feminism(s) and Rhetoric(s) conference
Please show your support for these important initiatives! We will start the Giving Days campaign on Wednesday, March 4 at the CFSHRC meeting at CCCC, and then the campaign will continue virtually on Wednesday, March 11th and Wednesday, March 18th. Donate to help us reach our Giving Goal of $7500 to ensure our vital programming continues! On Wednesday, March 25th, we’ll announce the results of our fundraising efforts.
Please share the news of our Giving Days to your friends and colleagues. Our Digital Media and Outreach Directors Vee Lawson and Kelli Gill will lead the social media aspect of this fundraising campaign. Thank you, Vee and Kelli!
