Event: CCW events and new listserv

Hello,

Amidst such extraordinary grief on so many fronts, I send love to you all and some opportunities for connection. You are receiving this email as a member of Coalition for Community Writing’s listserv or attendee of our 2025 conference. We are transitioning to a new listserv, hosted by Wayne State University. If you would like to be removed from the list, we will do so; otherwise, we will move you over to that list and send a notice for how you can post messages once it is established in the coming weeks. Thank you to Adrienne Jankens at Wayne State for getting it up and running!

We have several opportunities for gathering in person and virtually over the next few months.

In person:
Many Rhetoric and Composition folks go to the CCCC conference next week. CCW will host a Wednesday Morning Mentorship workshop from 9-12:30 and a Community Writing and Public Rhetorics Special Interest Group on Friday from 3:30-4:30 that all in attendance are welcome to join. Whether you are just beginning to consider community-based work, launching a new project, or would like to mentor others, we would love to see you.

Virtual:
The Programming Committee is happy to invite you to attend a free panel discussion:
