Dear CPTSC Members:
The CPTSC Constitution requires that “The Immediate Past President shall chair a nominating committee and shall appoint, in consultation with the Executive Committee,” and that “The nominating committee shall send out a call for nominations to all CPTSC members at least five months before the election.” To meet the deadline before our annual meeting in October, the Nominating Committee is requesting nominations. We are particularly interested in candidates who wish to serve as Members-at-Large or as Vice President.
Candidates may self-nominate or be nominated by CPTSC members. All current CPTSC members are eligible to serve as members-at-large. However, candidates for Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President, and President must have at least five years of relevant professional experience to be eligible to stand for election.
To make a nomination, you only need the name, email address, position for which you are nominating them, and the permission of the person whom you are nominating. Please email your nominations to any member of the Nominating Committee below. Nominations are due by March 23.
