Survey: Technical Communication Service Course

Hello,
Do you teach a technical and professional communication service course, which is an “introductory course for nonmajors delivered primarily as a service to other departments and programs on campus” (Melonçon & England, 2011, p. 398)?

While we teach over 850,000 students a year in these courses, there is little research on the specifics of teaching and learning in the course—and even less from a field-wide perspective.
