Survey: Seeking blind teachers as participants

Hello,

My name is Cameron Cassidy. I’m a legally blind PhD student at the University of California, Irvine, studying technologies that support shared picture book reading between adults and children when one is blind and the other is sighted.

Over the next few weeks, as part of the National Science Foundation I-Corps program, my team is aiming to conduct 100 brief conversations with blind adults who read picture books with children and sighted adults who read with blind children. We are especially interested in speaking with teachers of students with visual impairments, general education teachers, and parents.

If this describes yourself, would you be willing to chat with us for 15 minutes? Because we’re coordinating so many conversations, we’re asking people to book a time through Google Calendar. If you personally know someone who might be interested, please share our message with them as well!

Thanks,

Cameron
