Harry, Garrett, and I are pleased to share the news that The Flight of the Purdue OWL: An Institutional History is now available in print or for download. You can find the details on the Purdue Press website. The book chronicles the history of both the on-campus writing center and the OWL website. Chapters cover group programming, tutor education, the shift from shared paper resources to website offerings, research into what tutors carry with them when they graduate, and the big-data research more recently conducted. Interchapters offer images of the space and various programs over the years.
