Apply: IWCA Seeks Transition Webmaster

The International Writing Centers Association seeks a person or team of people

  1. who are experienced with Wild Apricot–have perhaps used it to set up and maintain a regional writing center website–and

  2. who know how to create an ADA-accessible website that meets the diverse needs of our visitors and members.

IWCA hopes to get the first part of the transition done by late spring, so that we can use it both as a membership site and a public-facing site.

This position will come with a significant stipend to draw the most experienced candidate(s) and to incentivize timely completion. If you would like more information, please contact the IWCA officers at iwcaofficer (please note there is no "s" on the end of the word "officer" as that name was already taken).

To apply, please complete the IWCA Transition Webmaster Application Form by Wednesday, February 7th at 11:59 Eastern Time.

Note: We will give preference to IWCA members who have experience building IWCA regional websites using Wild Apricot. With the said, we will consider others with Wild Apricot experience and would like to support applicants who see this project as facilitating their professional plans.
