Are you a female professional with a master’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of professional experience? Are you working in higher education, striving to make a difference in academic leadership, and interested in challenging the status quo? If so, you’re invited to participate in a doctoral research study!

About the Study:
As a PhD in Organizational Leadership student at The Chicago School, I am conducting a comprehensive grounded theory study to develop a critical feminist theory or conceptual model for women navigating the dynamic "third space" of academic and higher education leadership. This research aims to shed light on the experiences of female blended professionals who are making a significant impact in higher education institutions.

Who Can Participate:
Seeking third space blended professionals (defined as having a dedicated professional appointment that spans the academic and the professional domains; examples include library, writing center, career services, student support professional staff) who: identify as women, are working in institutions of higher education, identify as blended professionals (defined as those who have advanced degrees and multiple years of professional experience) working in academic third spaces, such as library services, academic support services, teaching and learning, and other support staff.
are an adult (18 years or older), hold a master’s degree or higher,
have worked as a professional in higher education for at least 5 years.

Participation Details:
Your input will be invaluable in shaping a new perspective on academic leadership. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom, ensuring flexibility and convenience, and will last approximately 60 minutes. Your identity and responses will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
