Survey: Online Program Coordinators’ Roles and Support

Hello Prospective Participant,

The purpose of our study is to explore the roles and responsibilities of online program coordinators and the support they need.

Eligible participants must be:

• between the ages of 18 and 89,
• currently a program coordinator of an online program,
• currently teaching in a public institution of higher education in the United States, and
• physically present in the United States at the time of questionnaire completion and the interview.

Participants will be asked to:

1. Complete this questionnaire including general demographic, descriptive, and contact information. This questionnaire should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete.
2. Complete an audio-recorded phone or Zoom interview. This may take up to 60 minutes to complete.
