Dear Writing Center Tutors and Consultants,
We know the end of the semester is stressful, so we have extended the deadline to apply for the 2026-2027 Tutor Talks Executive Committee to 11:59 PM May 17.
We hope this extension allows more writing tutors and consultants to apply now that the academic year is finishing up. Serving on the Tutor Talks Executive Committee is a great opportunity to get more involved in the writing center field, develop leadership skills, and connect with other writing tutors. Please note that writing tutors and consultants from all over (not just the SCWCA region!) are welcome to apply!

Recently, we hosted a Zoom info session about the roles and responsibilities of the Executive Committee and recorded it here. We have also attached an info sheet and a flyer with application information.
