Dear Colleagues,
My name is Sanjeev Niraula, and I am a PhD candidate in the Rhetoric and Writing Studies program at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). I am seeking participants for a research study as part of my doctoral work, under the supervision of my faculty advisors, Dr. Brad Jacobson and Dr. Lauren Rosenberg. This study examines how first-year composition (FYC) instructors enact their commitments to social justice through multimodality in the classroom.
You are eligible to participate if youhave taught first-year composition (FYC) or related writing courses for at least one semester, you are guided by social justice principles in your teaching, and you engage your students in multimodal composition.
To participate, please complete this brief screening survey consisting of 9 questions. It will take 3–5 minutes to complete. Contact information will be used only for follow-up interview recruitment and will not be used in data analysis.
