The SIGDOC Executive Committee would like to share a statement on NCTE’s decision to de-charter CCCC. (Apologies for the delay, but it takes us a minute to get official statements together and approved.)
CCCC has long been part of the shared research and teaching community that SIGDOC members depend on. We stand in solidarity with CCCC’s members and leadership, and join other scholarly organizations in calling for the transparency and shared governance a decision of this magnitude deserves.
