This e-mail has instructions for registering. Please register before September 23, 2026 to take advantage of our early bird pricing for SIGDOC/ACM members, non-members, and students.
Step 1: Join our membership.
To register for the conference at the discounted member rate, you must be a SIGDOC member and/or an ACM Professional Member. Once you start registration, you will be asked for your membership number. To join SIGDOC only and/or the ACM, visit the following page at SIGDOC’s main site: https://sigdoc.acm.org/join/types-of-membership/
SIGDOC Membership Fees
- Professional SIGDOC membership: $45
- Student SIGDOC membership: $25
Step 2: Register for the conference.
Once you verify or purchase your SIGDOC (or ACM) membership, the next step is to register for the conference.
In the registration process, you will have an opportunity to answer the question, “Do you have a disability or special need that impacts your access to ACM conferences, special interest groups, publications, or digital resources?”
You will also have an opportunity to subscribe to the SIGDOC Listserv, which I recommend selecting just in case so that you don’t miss conference updates in your e-mail.
Finally, you will see the option to sign up for a workshop on day 1 of the conference for $25.
SIGDOC Conference Registration Fees
SIGDOC’s conference registration fees are listed below. Early bird registration rates end one month before the conference (September 23, 2026).
- ACM or SIGDOC Member rate: $325 ($425 after Sep. 23)
- Nonmember rate: $450 ($500 after Sep. 23)
- Student rate: $225 ($325 after Sep. 23)
