Hello colleagues,
We hope that the middle of the semester is going well for you all! SWCA is extending the deadline for proposals to November 2, 2026 which can be submitted here: https://forms.gle/6DWSk56CsgTvCzSV7. With this extension, we hope you’ll consider joining us online next year to present your research!

While the CFP makes RAD research the focus of the conference, we also wanted to express our interest in:
- Research documentation
- Research proposals
- IRB documentation
- Observations and experiences that others may be interested in researching further
- Any other ideas you might have that might be important to research in our field
If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to get support in developing your proposal, we will be hosting a workshop on October 22, 2026 at 6pm EST to discuss proposal drafting strategies and work through those early planning stages. If you’d like to join us for that, you can register for the Zoom event here: https://gsu-edu.zoom.us/meeting/register/KorWi1rMS3WyUXhOlmPvJQ
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the conference host at Writing
Best regards, Dylan Maroney
