Lisa Meloncon, Cathryn Molloy, and I are excited to share a call for proposals for a new collection, "The Rhetoric of Material Artifacts in Health and Medicine." We welcome queries and proposals by May 25, 2026.
We hope you consider proposing your best ideas about how material artifacts play a role in communicating messages about bodies, patients, practitioners, wellness, and many other social constructs in both Western and non-Western contexts.
