Hello, all! My name is Rachel Rodriguez and I’m an At-Large Board Representative for MAWCA – the Mid-Atlantic Writing Centers Association. One of MAWCA’s goals this year is to expand and strengthen our network of undergraduate and graduate tutors. If you direct, work at, or tutor at a writing center located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, or Northern Virginia, please nominate a tutor for the role of “campus rep” in what we’re calling “MAWCongress.” Reps from these writing centers would be added to a network of tutors in the Mid-Atlantic region who would come together for collaboration, conversation, and fellowship.
